Hope is sometimes quiet. It may be the decision to call a friend, keep an appointment, prepare a meal, or step outside for a few minutes. These actions can seem small when the future feels uncertain, but each one keeps us connected to possibility.
Small steps do not have to carry the weight of a complete recovery. Their value is in making the next moment more manageable. We can celebrate what is possible today without dismissing what remains hard.
Grace provides healing through patience as well as courage. As we practice small acts of care, we may discover that hope has been growing alongside us.
