A full schedule can make rest feel like a reward that comes only after every task is complete. In a difficult season, that day may never arrive. Giving ourselves permission to pause is one way to honor our limits.

Rest takes different forms. It may mean sleep, time outdoors, a lighter commitment, or a conversation that lets us exhale. What restores one person may look different for another. The important question is what leaves room for care today.

We do not need to prove exhaustion before we deserve a break. Grace invites us to be human: to stop, to receive support, and to begin again with the strength available to us.
